Version 2026-10-05-v1. Published for prospective use with the corresponding Terms of Service.

MyView SEO. This policy describes information used to provide our website scans, reports, accounts, subscription monitoring, support, and business communications. Contact support@myviewseo.com with privacy questions or requests. The Terms of Service explain the service contract; acknowledging this policy is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or every possible use of personal information.

1 Information you provide

Depending on the service you use, we collect your name, business name, website address, email address, phone number, business category, location, questions, account information, selected plan, and report preferences. A contact request may also include your current provider, marketing-spend range, or description of a concern. Do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information into public scan or contact fields.

We record information needed to establish a requested service or purchase, including the applicable agreement versions, the server-recorded acceptance time, the form or transaction context, the submitted website, and associated account, request, or checkout identifiers. An acceptance record is distinct from optional website analytics.

2 Website content and diagnostic information

We retrieve publicly accessible website pages and technical information for the checks being performed. Data can include URLs, page titles, markup or other page content used as evidence, response information, indexing instructions, performance measurements, findings, recommendations, report history, and scan dates. Public pages can contain personal information. Submit a website only if you have the authority described in the Terms.

Public scanning does not require private website credentials. Connected accounts and implementation services require separate authorization. When a customer authorizes an integration, the information available to us depends on that connection, the permissions granted, and the feature used. Do not assume a public scan accesses your Google account, private analytics, or website administration system.

3 Business prospect information

We may obtain published business information from public websites, business listings, directories, and discovery services to identify businesses that may have an interest in MyView. Records can include business name, website, published business email or phone, source information, and review or suppression status. A public business contact can still be personal information. You can contact support@myviewseo.com to ask about information associated with you or to request that marketing contact stop.

4 Connection information and browser storage

Our systems and service providers process connection information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver pages, administer accounts, check scan eligibility, limit abuse, and protect reports and transactions. Some eligibility and security records use hashed identifiers derived from connection or browser information. Hashing does not necessarily make a record anonymous. Hosting and other providers may maintain operational logs separately.

Our website uses browser session storage to carry submitted email and website information, campaign context, pending scan requests, and checkout-attempt information between steps. This supports form completion and transaction continuity. Clearing browser storage can remove prefilled information or interrupt a pending request; it does not delete records already stored by MyView or its providers.

Our signed-in tools use first-party authentication cookies to maintain and refresh account sessions. Account tools can also use local storage for workspace selection and authentication state. Local storage may remain until cleared. Blocking or clearing account storage can sign you out or reset preferences. These account technologies are separate from the optional analytics described below.

Optional first-party funnel analytics record limited information such as an event name, approved page path, random event identifier, error category, and time. Those event records do not contain submitted contact fields, complete URLs, cookies, or IP addresses. The browser stops those optional submissions when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Some shared-report pages separately measure report views, PDF interactions, and service-enquiry clicks using a report identifier, referral information, and hashed connection or browser identifiers. Those optional events are suppressed when the request carries a recognized Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal; browser interaction tracking also checks those settings. Privacy signals do not stop processing needed to provide a requested report, authenticate an account, process a payment, or protect the service.

External payment or authentication pages may use their own cookies and technologies under their notices. The information above describes the current MyView features. Additional advertising or tracking technologies require disclosures and choices appropriate to the activity and applicable law.

5 Purposes

We use information to respond to requests; run and document checks; generate, deliver, store, and reopen reports; manage accounts and subscriptions; maintain service history; process payments and reconcile billing; provide support; understand source attribution and service performance; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain consent and transaction evidence; and comply with applicable obligations or respond to disputes. Business-contact information may also be used for appropriately managed communications about MyView services.

We do not treat requesting a report or accepting the Terms as permission for unrelated uses of website credentials or sensitive information. Where an activity requires separate permission or another legal basis, that requirement remains applicable.

6 Providers and recipients

We use providers for hosting and processing, database and account functions, payments, email, measurements, security, and request management. Current service components include Vercel for the website and application, Supabase for database and account functions, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and Google PageSpeed Insights for public website performance measurements. Google receives requested page URLs for its tests. Business discovery may use Apify and public business-information sources. These names describe service components and do not mean every provider processes every request or every category of data.

Providers receive information for their role in the requested service or operation. Their own handling may also be governed by their notices and the agreements applicable to their services. We may route submitted request details and reports to configured systems used to manage those requests, and to designated support or operations recipients within our business. A report and its PDF attachment may be emailed both to the requester and to our designated operations recipients for delivery and support.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, protect people or systems, investigate abuse, establish or defend rights, or carry out a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell customer contact lists for money. Legal definitions of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising can be broader than a cash sale; applicable privacy rights and choices are not waived by this statement.

7 Payments

Stripe processes payment-card details on its payment surfaces. MyView does not store full card numbers on its own servers. We receive information needed for account and billing administration, such as provider identifiers, billing/contact information, the plan, transaction amounts, payment status, subscription periods, and cancellation or refund information. Do not send card numbers or passwords to support.

8 Automated analysis and AI-assisted features

MyView uses automated checks and third-party measurements to produce findings. AI-assisted features, where offered, can assist with explanations or recommendations. The current public technical scan is based on automated page checks and available performance measurements; it should not be understood as a human review of every page or a model-generated assessment of every aspect of your business.

Feature-specific notices and permissions apply when an integration or AI feature processes additional information. This policy does not grant MyView an unrestricted license to train general-purpose models on confidential customer content. We do not make a blanket representation about every provider's training, retention, or processing practices. Information about an applicable feature or provider can be requested from support before submitting confidential content.

9 Reports and access links

Some reports are accessed after account sign-in. Others use an unlisted or signed access link that permits viewing without signing in. Anyone who receives a usable access link may be able to view its report. Share links and attachments only with intended recipients. A link's expiration or revocation does not remove downloaded PDFs, forwarded emails, screenshots, or copies held by recipients, and does not by itself delete the stored report.

If you upload a report to an adviser, contractor, AI service, or other third party, that recipient's handling is outside MyView's control and may be governed by its own terms. You are responsible for choosing what to share. Contact support if a report link reaches an unintended recipient.

10 Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the purpose and category involved, including providing requested services and report history, administering subscriptions and payments, addressing support requests and disputes, preventing abuse, preserving transaction or consent evidence, and meeting applicable legal duties. Retention may differ for active accounts, billing evidence, prospect records, diagnostic history, security records, and backups. We do not promise that canceling a subscription immediately deletes all associated records.

Copies held in backups, email systems, or provider records may follow their applicable retention and deletion processes. A minimal suppression record may be retained to avoid contacting someone who has opted out. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We will address security incidents and required notices under applicable law.

11 Choices and requests

Contact support@myviewseo.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, to ask about retention, or to stop marketing contact. Where an email provides an unsubscribe method, you can also use that method. Stopping marketing does not necessarily stop messages needed to deliver a service you requested or administer your account. Canceling paid monitoring is a separate billing action available through the owner portal or billing support.

Rights and exceptions depend on your location, the information, our role, and applicable law. Where applicable, rights may include obtaining a copy, portability, restricting or objecting to processing, withdrawing consent, opting out of covered sharing or advertising, using an authorized agent, appealing a decision, or contacting a regulator. We will evaluate and respond within applicable requirements and may request information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate because you exercise an applicable right.

When a business customer controls information processed on its instructions, we may refer the request to that customer or help it respond. This policy does not replace a required data-processing agreement.

12 Location children and changes

MyView is intended for business use by adults, not for children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate. Providers and authorized recipients may process information outside your state or country. We do not promise that every record stays in a particular country; required transfer protections depend on the data and applicable law.

We may update this policy as practices or obligations change. The version and publication information identify the applicable notice. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain additional permission where required. A silent policy edit does not grant permission to apply incompatible new uses to information previously collected under different commitments.
