Measurement coverage

Know exactly what each report measures.

Paid monitoring has a defined rule inventory. The free scan is a smaller preview and displays its own collected coverage. Neither is a complete SEO audit.

Seven supported crawl findings.

Supported paid monitoring findings
CheckCollected evidence
HTTP error responsesHTTP status from a fetched HTML page; reports responses of 400 or higher.
Missing page titleThe fetched HTML has no nonempty title tag.
Missing meta descriptionThe fetched HTML has no nonempty meta description.
Missing primary headingThe fetched HTML has no H1 element.
Meta robots noindexA noindex directive in the fetched HTML applies to search crawlers or Googlebot.
X-Robots-Tag noindexA noindex instruction in the HTTP response header applies to search crawlers or Googlebot.
Googlebot crawl restrictionsRetrieved robots.txt rules disallow Googlebot for the specific URL. This is a crawl instruction, not a search-index lookup.
Coverage limits. The paid crawl checks up to 250 public HTML pages on one assigned website. Pages that are blocked, unreachable or outside the crawl are not treated as passing. An observed noindex directive or robots rule does not prove Google’s actual index status.

Lab measurements stay separate.

What is tested

The configured website URL is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile and desktop Lighthouse tests. The report identifies the tested URL, time and available results.

What the result means

Performance, accessibility, best-practices and SEO scores describe the returned Lighthouse lab run. They do not prove rankings, index inclusion, lead delivery or the experience of every visitor.

When data is missing

A test that did not run is NOT MEASURED. An attempted test that failed is DATA UNAVAILABLE. Neither becomes a passing score.

Capabilities outside current coverage.

Keyword rankings, competitors, backlinks, Google Business Profile, Search Console, GA4, call tracking and CRM data are NOT MEASURED by the current monitoring service. It does not submit forms, place calls, test hosting capacity or measure leads and revenue. Real-user CrUX data is not collected. PDF reports and daily checks are not available.

Comparisons require comparable evidence.

Reports preserve the baseline, previous result, current findings and coverage. Supported issue identities use a common URL policy. A missing or unvisited page cannot supply evidence that an old issue was fixed.

Paid launch status: scheduled report delivery is undergoing verification before paid launch. A plan description is not confirmation that a monitoring schedule or email has run; account status and report history show completed work.

Start with the evidence.

A limited public scan shows its measured coverage and any unavailable results.
