SEO audit vs recurring monitoring

An audit records a point in time. Monitoring repeats a defined set of checks and compares collected results.

Compare like with like.

Point-in-time audit

The scope depends on the specific audit. A manual audit may inspect areas outside MyView’s automated rule inventory.

MyView monitoring

A bounded public crawl repeats supported rules. Saved reports preserve the baseline and comparable issue history.

Coverage matters

Neither a clean crawl nor a missing finding proves that every SEO or business problem has been ruled out.

Coverage limits. The paid crawl checks up to 250 public HTML pages on one assigned website. Pages that are blocked, unreachable or outside the crawl are not treated as passing. An observed noindex directive or robots rule does not prove Google’s actual index status.

Current MyView coverage.

Keyword rankings, competitors, backlinks, Google Business Profile, Search Console, GA4, call tracking and CRM data are NOT MEASURED by the current monitoring service. It does not submit forms, place calls, test hosting capacity or measure leads and revenue. Real-user CrUX data is not collected. PDF reports and daily checks are not available.
